Responsibilities;
- Provide a safe, secured, courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Hotel Standards of Performance.
- Provide training related to Safety and security issues to our Heartists and maintain records.
- Carry out full accident investigations to include the collection of evidence, interviewing of staff and obtaining witness statements.
- To provide access, when required, to high-risk areas, exercising vigilance for the protection of assets and to secure the area when access is no longer required.
- Preparing reports and making follow-ups on all reported guest disturbances, or alleged theft incidents ensuring that the established policies and procedures are adhered.
- To be aware of the hotel’s ethics and crisis management reporting process.
- Reviews Security logbook daily and takes action if needed.
- Make follow up for in & Out Hotel Property throughout using the Gate Pass Report and issue a report every 3 Months.
- Organize all Security Department Files.
- Carry investigation of guest incident and accident and complete the reports within 48 Hours.
- Carry investigation regarding the employee incident upon requisition from the Hotel Manager or T&C Manager.
- General Trains Security employees in all Resort regulations and all factors affecting the operations of the Resort. Fire prevention and safety procedures, basic firefighting, life saving techniques, preservation of crime scene and evidence, actions, duties and powers where crime is detected, action in crisis situations, report writing, public relations and psychology with close coordination with the L & D Department .
- Supervises the daily processing in distribution of security reports to the Management in the absence of Security Manager.
- Keeps all records and reports concerning security matters and Resort business confidential.
- Strictly controls in and out back-of-the-house of contractors, visitors and suppliers. Visitor passes to be issued and controlled.
- Frequent control and supervision of all security posts, including CCTV room.
- Ensures all staff is thoroughly familiar with the Resort’s emergency
- Establishes monthly reports according to requirements.
- To train existing employees and new comers on a regular basis with live fire drills.
Qualification:
- Relevant security experience in a four -five star hotel is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable individual.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD550.000 - BD850.000 per month
