Job Resonsibilities
1. Create Compass project for Product Sales.
2. Create Quotation for Product Sales. Quotation record & maintain (weekly).
3. Follow up client needs when Sales are out of office
4. Product Sales Dept.& Products Segment incoming order data analysis.(weekly)
5. Checking & remind quotation status for each responsible sales.(weekly)
6. Follow up for Level UP, agreement procedure, and related database.
7. Z-Complaint created and follow up.
8. Maintain meeting minutes.
9. Phone call pick up & memo for sales
10. Maintain MAS databased for KAs.
11. Sample pick up & drop off arrangement for Sales.
12. Support assigned work by Sales head
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 1 year sales support or related experience, TIC (Test/ Inspection/Certification) in ITE filed experience is preferable.
- Fluent English and Chinese in both writing and speaking. Taiwanese is bonus point.
