We are now looking for an IT Operations Engineer who will work on Level 1 support for a key customer’s User Access Management project. Your scope of work could includes managing user access for various systems, identifying operational problems, supporting projects and audits as week as improving our processes. We like you to bring your energy, creativity and attention to detail so that we can provide the best customer experience.

What you will do
- Provide Level 1 support for User Access Management operations using SailPoint
- Manage user access at the database, unix and windows levels
- Work on shifts to cover 7/24 operations with other team members
- Identify operational problems by observing and studying the functioning and performance of systems.
- Support Sailpoint projects and audits
- Provide input and work on continuous improvements
- Improve processes to become more efficient and effective
- Work together with other departments in a DevOps environment
You will bring
- Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (Computer, IT, Telecom)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience
- Knowledge of Sailpoint is strongly preferred
- Experience in Linux, UNIX, PLSQL
- Windows Operating System
- Experienced in CRM systems
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT and ISO270001 is a plus
