People Experience Europe Care team is looking for People Care Trainees to join our team in Budapest, Hungary and participate in our Trainee Start Up! Program which is a 6 months program with the possible extension opportunity up to 2 years. This program contains also job rotation opportunities within the People Organization, giving you exposure to working within HR at a large global and diverse organization.
As a PE Care Trainee you will be supporting Nokia Employees and People managers in Europe in different tool, process and improvement related matters as well as in different operational and transactional cases.
What you will learn and contribute to
As PE Care Trainee you will be managing day-to-day operations within the human resource shared services center of CPO People Experience Europe (PE).
People Experience is responsible for employment lifecycle related activities within HR (CPO) such as employment, HR data maintenance and payroll support. Our European team is responsible for more than 40 countries across Europe.
Within PE Care area you will manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs and carry out activities in the following areas:
Provide professional HR services and acting as an expert of global HR processes, policies, practices and tools ensuring that their application is in line with the local legislation
Administrative management of employees’ files
Customer centric support provision of people processes
Onboarding related task support (mainly following up on hiring documents provision and archiving)
Exit management documentation support (mainly follow up on exit documents provision and archiving)
Administrative tasks support of benefits processes
General document archiving/digitalization
Additional project support
Your skills and experience
Hungarian language C1+ level is needed to perform the daily tasks
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
Strong interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization and a result- and quality-oriented approach to work
Good written and oral communication in Hungarian and English language, any other language knowledge is a plus, and being comfortable working in a multicultural environment
