- Guide stakeholders on HR policies and best practices;

- Complete domain in eSocial (admissions and SST)
- Intermediate English.
- Familiarity with metrics and indicators.
- A digital mindset focused on data and improvements (automation)
- Knowledge of labor issues
- Experience in controlling quotas (PCDs, apprentices, and CBOs)
- Knowledge in the Apdata system will be a differential
