What you will do
- Greet customers who enter our clinic.
- Register or retrieve patient's details using our in-house system.
- Process and receive payments from customers, patients.
- Be warm and welcoming when answering calls.
- Schedule appointments for customers, patients.

What you will need
- This job is not open to Foreign candidates as we do not have quota for work pass
- Able to communicate in Chinese with TCM physician, collegues and customers
