We are looking for Senior HR Officer – KSA, Al Khobar
Experience-8-12 Years of experience
Knowledge to work in Oil & Gas Company.
Responsibilities:
-Directly delivers a wide range of HR administration activities within HR
-Responsible for maintaining the HRIS and provide support and guidance to team and consolidate reporting to Corporate.
-Responsible for Personnel management, incentive and retention policies
-Responsible for Leave Management
-Support in arranging Training schedules and monitors training costs against agreed budgets
-Responsible for Medical Insurance for employees as per entitlements
-Support in preparation for contract amendments
-Responsible for producing the monthly Payroll submission to Finance
-Timely follow up with line managers on probation confirmation and issue confirmation or extension accordingly
-Responsible for the administration and management of Performance at Penspen processes
-Provide exit analysis on monthly basis, prepare final settlement for necessary review and approval and coordination for visa cancellation and demobilization arrangements
-Assists in preparing various reports, assessments and recommendations in order to address the HR needs of the organization
-Ensures data integrity in HR systems at Regional level
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, the role may also be required to get involved in other HR-related projects and activities.
