Overview of the role:

  • The primary focus of the role will be to support the sales objectives of the company through achieving given sales and gross margin and providing first rate service to current and potential customers of Honda.

What you will do:

  • Minimize risk through effective evaluation of used cars for trade-in or purchase.
  • Achieve the allocated monthly sales targets (units and gross margin).
  • Achieve or exceed CSI (customer satisfaction index) objectives and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
  • Selling insurance, accessories and service packages.
  • Maintain awareness of the automotive industry, update knowledge of product range, models, features and benefits.
  • Analyze the market situation and identify customer needs.
  • Ensure used car prober display (condition, pricing, cleanliness and specs).
  • Ensure quality of job to avoid errors/rework and take actions on customer concerns (internal/external) to improve operational ease and customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with company guidelines and SOPs (standard operating procedures) and report all incident to the showroom manager.

Required Skills to be successful:
1.- 2 years sales experience, Automotive sales background.
2. - Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products.
3. - Written and spoken communication skills.
4. - Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices.



About the Team:

  • Reporting to the Head of Automall Operations and will work with the Sales team and internal and external stakeholders.


What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar automotive sales position in retail sales.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills, ability to build strong customer relationships, conflict resolution, ability to think clearly under pressure, ability to take decisions and follow through and strong team player.
  • Valid Qatar driver’s license.
