Join our friendly team in Population Health and be part of a busy and hardworking team as we transition to the Aotearoa Immunisation Register (AIR).
The Administration Officer’s key purpose is to effectively contribute to the smooth running of the service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Participate and contribute to the functioning of the team by timely and accurate data recording for the provision of childhood and adult immunisations.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with other staff
- Maintain and promote excellence aligned to high quality administration processes and systems

Utu whānui |Salary range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA South Island Clerical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the National Health Administration Workers Pay Scale, Band 4A between Step 1 $68,903 and Step 3 $71,787 p.a pro rata dependant on relevant experience.
