Role:
The Data Product Governance Team plays a central role within the Data Platform and is responsible for developing tools and safeguards for the enabled platform within the data mesh architecture. This involves creating frameworks for data quality, ensuring data privacy, and facilitating data sharing between data products in the Snowflake environment. We are actively involved in exploring new features and frameworks for data quality from Snowflake and integrating them into our platform to enhance data tagging, data observability, and data quality metrics.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Management).
• Proven experience in data governance, data management, or data quality roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Snowflake data warehousing and SQL.
• Familiarity with data governance tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
• Relevant certifications in data governance or Snowflake administration may be advantageous.
• Experience with other data governance tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure.
• Fluent in english
