Senior Project Manager
Cadent Sourcing has an excellent opportunity for a client-side Senior Project Manager. The role is to manage a new build Fit-Out, M&E Install/upgrades and Office Services, in one of Ireland's most high profile buildings.
The Project Manager will have experience in coordinating with Designers, M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors on Planning & Design for the projects. You will also be experienced in managing the contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven success in leading multiple projects as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager, or similar.
- Experience in Project Planning and Design, especially coordinating Architects, M&E Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and others.
- Ability to manage the tendering process for every project, including multiple vendors per project.
- Successful track record in getting projects completed, on time and within budget.
- Strong Skills in managing and building relationships with clients.
- A third level qualification is an advantage but not essential.
- Experience with protected or listed buildings is an advantage
- Fantastic Attention to Detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
The role:
- Oversee initial planning, tendering of the vendors, design and completion of new build Fit-Out, M&E Install/upgrades and Office Services.
- Be 100% onsite with the client and frequently will report to their senior leaders and board of directors.
- Manage the projects on time and within budget.
- Manage and Sign Off the handover of completed projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
