Plan Concept and Approval
- Prepare graphic design work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
- Plan concept by studying information and materials
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement and related aesthetic concepts
- Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
Prepare Equipment and Resources
- Prepare finished copy and art and final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
- Ensure operation of printing and design and artwork equipment by completing preventive maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment
- Complete the projects by coordinating technically with outside agencies, art services, printers
Design
- Contribute to marketing team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Use computer software to generate new images and artwork
- Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer
- Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
- Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services
- Photograph layouts, using camera, to make layout prints and to use it in required artwork
- Support Marketing team in their normal activities if there is an urgent requirement or absence of any of them
- Built a photos & art work library to maintain better performance and fine completion periods
