Employees Relation
- Plan and recommend employee engagement drivers that motivate and engage employees which ally with management policy.
- Lead recreation activities, make a set of communication and while being aware of company policy sensitivities and needs.
- Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly
- Coach or give advice to leader supervisor manager to drive proactive or creative disciplinary for employee engagement and properly communications activities.
- Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and develops further training as needed.
- Breakdown ER strategies/ project to ensure that action plan and requirements are fulfilled and both business and employees interests are maintained.
Performance Management
- Review and recommend Goal setting, KPI or key measurement which realistic and necessary data to assess employee performance.
- Draft research-based performance efficiency reports, present them to senior management, and suggest performance management changes as necessary
- Provide management with insightful training practices to reach the established performance target goals.
- Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structures
- Explain to employees the methodology of current or upcoming performance practices thoroughly and professionally and follow up with them to ensure organization-wide understanding
- Develop efficient practices and strategies that maximize employee performance and support their development.
คุณสมบัติ
- Male / Female
- At least 2-3 years of experience in ER, Employee activity, Employee Engagement (If any)
- Work in manufacturing environment
- Can communicate in English
