Strategy Sr. Analyst - Colombia & Venezuela [Colombia]

As a Strategy Senior Analyst for Colombia and Venezuela, you will be responsible for supporting and challenging the region in implementing the Strategy and developing actionable commercial insights at market level. Also, you will be actively seeking new sales opportunities and supporting Commercial Operations Teams through valuable insights to drive growth and capitalize market share.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Pull data & insights from internal and external sources (Nielsen, IE, Global Data, Kantar, Euromonitor, etc) to identify granular regional opportunities and suggest -recommend actionable plan -activities at market level.
  • Performance tracking of Key Business Indicators: volume, revenues, value equation, Big Bets, SOV performance and another key projects to assure operation reaches ABP targets.
  • Being the partner and guide to franchise team to execute for growth.
  • Collaborate with Franchise and Commercial team to adjust strategy execution.
  • Support Franchise and Strategy Integration on alignments process (T2T, Annual business plans, Long Range Plans) with Bottlers at local level.
  • Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Franchise Units, Strategy, Commercial and Marketing functions.

Relevant Experience Required

  • University degree in Business Administration or Industrial engineering.
  • +5 Years of CPG, banking, RMS experience in similar functions.
  • Bringing in outside in perspective and has eyes on the ground to come and give feedback to ops and strategy team on market activities, macro-economic trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Strong Microsoft skills - excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Must)
  • Experience in using sales data base, RMS tools (such as Nielsen, Kantar).
  • Strong ability to interpret results connecting the dots and provide insights.
  • Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
  • Negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Adaptability / Flexibility: comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer
