หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
  • Follow up import and export documents with customers for SUBMIT/ENTER/BOOKING. to the carrier.
  • Prepare documents, issue worksheets to the shipping department to prepare import/export customs clearances and send them to the customer for review and approve.
  • Monitoring the update ETD/ETA of vessels leaving, preparing PAYMENT, reimbursement of expenses Go pay the ship line to get DO/BL.
  • Contact and cooperate with customers and customs broker agent to prepare all related document for import/export shipments
  • Contact and cooperate with overseas agents for shipment arrangement.
  • Ensure a smooth booking, documentation and invoicing process
  • Preparing & arranging shipment related documents (Bill of lading, Invoice, PO, P/L, COA, etc.).
  • Ensure that invoices from various vendors are correct for job closing.
  • Liaise with customers for the shipment arrangement for example, receiving / loading date and book space with carriers, transportation, etc.
  • Booking space with assigned carriers & deal with any potential problem that may happen such as space/equipment shortage, schedule changed etc.
  • Update shipment’s sailing/flight schedule to customers
  • Check and confirm shipment on board.
  • Communicate with local team, as well as oversea network, clients, and service provider efficiently
  • Ensure that customers are served in professional way.
  • Provide feedback on shipment and process improvement to Supervisor or directly to Head of Department
  • Work closely with other departments to support the booking process and expand more business
  • Other duties as assigned


คุณสมบัติ
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3-4 Year working experience in freight forwarding related field
  • Knowledge of Import/Export Operations (If able to work both air and sea would be advantage)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Able to work multi tasks under pressure and flexible hours
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Word Excel, Power Point & email communication
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
