What do you contribute?
- At the helm of our CIO Office, you will significantly contribute to our transformation towards a more performant and efficient IT setup with a maximized business outcome. While taking a wide range of responsibilities, you will focus on strategic activities.
- Together with the Chief Information Officer, you will co-create and execute the vision for IT at Siemens Mobility, generating business impact and driving our overall digital transformation.
- You will lead c. 30 people and report directly to our Chief Information Officer in charge of a 500-employee-organization.
- You will design and maintain the IT operating model, which specifically includes preparing well founded make-or-buy decisions, optimizing our Strategic Vendor Management, and defining a workforce strategy.
- Through the best use of IT for the stakeholders/customers/users in the countries by leveraging the global IT teams, you will improve business value.
- You will design the enterprise architecture landscape and the master plan to achieve it enabling the business and IT strategy driving business vision and outcomes.
- Moreover, you will drive Diversity and Sustainability and help that our relevant targets are met.
What do you bring along?
- You hold a master’s degree in information technology or business administration.
- Additionally, you have longtime experience leading people in a global and virtual environment.
- You have previously held strategic technology functions (such as a CIO office), driving the performance of technology functions.
- Also, you have a consistent track record in designing Digital Strategies in alignment with Business Strategy.
- You have well founded experience in crafting, implementing, providing and optimizing Technology/ IT services including sourcing.
- Furthermore, you have an international outlook with the ability to influence with and without authority.
- A high level of communications skills and a validated ability to collaborate and connect with employees and other partners at a senior management level will help you to best complete your tasks.
