Position Description:
The Accident Management and Claims Handling Coordinator has a critical role within the organization, as he/she is responsible for managing processes related to accident management and claims handling in TPL and OD domains. The role is responsible for monitoring all accident management incidents and insurance claims are treated efficiently, while drivers receive exceptional service on their journey, at the right costs for LeasePlan.
Responsibilities:
  • Closely monitor the initiation and conclusion of the repair of damaged cars in order to optimize driver experience
  • Minimize the time and cost required for damages to be repaired
  • Ensure that qualitative claim files are created
  • Provide support and relevant information to drivers who experience accidents
  • Monitor the actions taken by the partners, according to their SLA
  • Endeavor to steer damage assessments to the preferred suppliers’ network
  • Conclude theft and total loss cases within the agreed timeframe
  • Closely monitor insurance claims in order to minimize outstanding claims
  • Handle and resolve drivers’ complaints
  • Coordinate with all departments in order to ensure that clients requests are handled efficiently
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines and ensure that the communication style is in line with the LeasePlan’s General Rules and brand identity
Qualifications and skills:
  • University degree
  • Knowledge of the insurance / automotive markets
  • MS Office
  • Very good command of English language, both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Results oriented
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Be able to work in teams
