- Experience in Installing, configuring and deployment of Asterisk, Asterisk based applications like GoAutoDial, Vicidial, vicibox, FreePBX.
- Must have 1-year experience in related applications.
- Experience troubleshooting in Vicidial and Asterisk is needed.
- Candidate must have knowledge of IVRS, Call menus, inbound groups and queues.
- Must have good troubleshooting skills with basic networking issues.
- The applicant must be prepared to work outside of core hours to address emergency activity if required.
- VoIP experience would be preferred.

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
