An NYSE-listed company that has been manufacturing and distributing world-class pharmaceutical products for over a century, is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating test scripts for the business and assisting the team to execute the scripts in accordance with the technical quality requirements. The company’s wide range of products and services has helped to transform the healthcare industry. This position requires a significant overlap with the CET time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Examine company processes in light of present and upcoming quality requirements.
- Create, maintain, and update processes and procedures in accordance with GxP with a focus on compliance in particular
- Lead alignment calls, oversee computer system validation, look after work instructions and templates, including creating, updating, and archiving, and manage the quarterly or semi-annual sprints
- Attend/plan an interdepartmental meeting calls for business reviews to collect specifications for a sprint
- Schedule meetings to kick off projects, business demo sessions, sprint postmortem calls, and alignment conversations with the departments of technology quality, records management, and other pertinent divisions
- For each release, create and oversee applications and document change requests
- Analyze the documentation's impact in light of the release's completed requirements
- Determine the communication plan, project schedule, risk register, stakeholder analysis, and work breakdown structure after reviewing the business effect of the requirements as they have been gathered
- Make and keep up training curricula for the user community that include work instructions, knowledge-based articles, and presentations/videos
- Determine whether work instructions or standard operating procedures the finalized standards will have an influence on the organization's operations
- With developers and businesses, plan and oversee business simulation testing
- Work together on managing test case management, change request management, audit readiness, and document approvals with the business owner, service owner, and technology quality
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager
- 3+ years of experience working with Project Management, Information Technology, and ERP
- Nice to have some experience with Microsoft Office tools, like Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of ERP, PLM systems, and Information technology
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, dependability, and self-initiative
- Extensive experience working in a regulated corporate setting
- Good collaboration skills as well as customer/service orientation
- Fluent in spoken and written English communication
- Nice to have a good command over German

Salary: 103.00zł - 118.00zł per hour
