Desert Crafts, a Jaipur-based manufacturer of women's wear is looking for a Production Merchandiser in Jaipur. Candidates with merchandising and production related experience in women's wear may apply.
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Roles and Responsibilities :
Will be responsible for production process and shipment.
Planning of the production process.
Following the production plan.
Keeping track of past orders and consumptions for future references.
Making and Maintaining T&A sheets and challans. Knowledge of making and maintaining a T&A is essential.
Taking account of the fabrics and trims.
Co-ordinate with the sampling team and production manager and get the production out well in time.
Prepare costing estimates
Co -ordination between the departments for smooth functioning
Co-ordinating with vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proficient in excel, word, Power point and other useful tools
Should be proficient in English spoken and written
Disciplined, hardworking, honest and organized
Should have problem solving skills
Should be able to do embroideries
Should be able to manage the factory on his own
Should come from a reputed fashion/ management school
Should have worked with reputed fashion/ export houses.
Should have proper knowledge of woven and knitted fabrics, prints, Lab test, Material handling etc.
Should have worked in women's western and Indian wear and kid's wear
Should be open to traveling
Note: Candidates living in Jaipur will be given preference.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
