- § Conduct daily calibration of weighing scales.
- § Assist team to carry/ transfer all raw materials to be used for blending of spice mixes.
- § Check spice mix prior to issuance to production to prevent errors.
- § Weigh and prepare ingredients according to the formula cards issued by R&D.
- § Check and record ingredients / production / expiration / batch number of the ingredients use prior to weighing for traceability.
- § Assist team in batching all spice mix bags.
- § Assist in transferring/ carrying blended Spice mix to the requesting department.
- § Accomplish daily schedule and output report.
- § Submit ingredients data (production/ expiry date / batch number) in filing traceability form to Spice mix Team Leader.
- § Report any irregularity to superior if there’s any, for appropriate action.
- § Maintain a clean, neat and orderly area at all times.
- § Perform special projects or any assignment that may be assigned from time to time.
