Project team collective : >Study and able to understand contruction drawings to ensure accuracy of construction on site. >Monitor subcontractors, installers and vendors etc. >Site organization and coordination ( Machinery and Lorry movement, material placement, workflow, monitor foreign worker, etc. ). >Monitoring site safety, SOP, security and cleanliness. >Ensuring accurate of materials used and work performed are in accordance with specifications. >Perform setting out, levelling and surveying if required or re-check setting out, levelling and surveying done on site. >Quality Assurance, Quality Contol (QA/QC) checking and review the documentation and distribute if needed. >Able to elaborate a work programme to assist quantity surveyor. >Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and completed as-built had over. >Able to handling Auto CAD/CPM >Any other related job assigned from top management.
