We are seeking a Facilities Cost Assistant with great attention to detail, organisational and communication skills to join our Facilities Management Team. The Facilities Cost Assistant have responsibility for the cost management reporting, data analysis, administration, preparing purchase order numbers, checking invoices and approving payments.
What you'll do
- Budget Management - Assist budget control, KPI tracking and reporting.
- Monitor on an on-going basis the actual costs incurred against the project costs for each maintenance account
- Review approvals pack for new projects
- Data Analysis - creating & updating dashboards and reports to track FM KPIs
- Liaise with Central Services Cost Controller
- Providing training & support to regional colleagues on budgets and cost reporting
- Administration - compiling presentations, invoice contents check and management of FM systems
- Compliance of processes - procedure guidelines updates and organisation of documentation
What you'll need
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Proficient in SAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong administration, organisational and analytical skills
- Capable of working to strict deadlines
- Written and spoken German is desirable

- €33,271 rising to €45,150 over 4 years
